Our Downtown Milwaukee office is located on the third floor of the Physician Office Building at Aurora Sinai Medical Center (ASMC).

The building is at the northwest corner of 12th Street and Kilbourn Avenue (one block north of the AI McGuire Center at Marquette University).

Parking

Milwaukee Office (May 2026 – Sept 2026):

Due to construction, the parking structure, skywalk, and Kilbourn doors are closed until Sept. Please use the Valet at 945 N 12th St or park in the surface lot across the street from the main hospital entrance. The main entrance has a security checkpoint and metal detector, so please arrive 20 minutes early to navigate lines. Front desk concierge can assist you with directions and wheelchairs to our suite once inside.

Once in the building, take the South elevators to the 3rd floor. Turn right immediately, then take another right down the hallway toward the Professional Building, suite 301. Pass the bank of windows, turn left, and MOGL is the first suite on your right.

Mequon Office:

We are on the east side of the road between Mequon Road and Donges Bay Road in the Concord Square buildings. You can park right outside our front door.

Cancellation of Appointments

If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify this office by calling the numbers listed previously. If possible, please call us 24-hours before your scheduled time so we may use this time to schedule another patient. You may reschedule your appointment at the same time you cancel. If your appointment must be changed because of an office emergency, we will call you as soon as possible.

Prescriptions and Refills

To ensure that you do not run out of needed medication, we suggest that you check your medication supply frequently, especially prior to an appointment, so you can arrange for refills while at the office. If you run out of a medication, check with us to see if a refill is indicated. Then you can have your pharmacy call for a phone order. For your health's sake, arrange for refills at least 24 hours before they are needed. As patient charts are not available after hours, on weekends or holidays, prescriptions must be requested during regular business hours.

Medical Questionnaire

At the time of your initial visit and when you require medical attention for a new problem, you will be given a form that will provide us with information regarding your medical history. Although some of your answers are information that you gave previously to another doctor, we ask that you fill out the form completely. This information is very important to the doctor and it will enable him to give you the best possible care.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Our staff is trained to respect confidentiality in all matters pertaining to you, medical or financial. We will not release any medical records without written consent from you.

Emergencies

When a true emergency arises, it may be best for you to go directly to the hospital emergency room. The hospital staff can determine the extent of your problem and contact us if necessary.

If you have questions of a medical problem, please contact our office during regular business hours. If the problem is urgent, we will contact a doctor as soon as possible. Otherwise, we may take your message and have the call returned to you when time is available.

Please remember, that you, the patient, are the most important to us. If we can assist you in any way, or if you have any questions not covered on this web page, please feel free to ask any staff member for help or assistance. We look forward to providing you with quality health care. And again, welcome to Milwaukee Orthopaedic Group, Ltd.
